Contrary to popular belief, Hells Angels meetings are everything but chaotic. In reality, they operate with incredible organization and discipline. The club follows Robert’s Rules of Order, a guideline created in 1876 to make business meetings respectful and disciplined. Members are required to keep on topic, follow the agenda, and save their queries for before or after the session. Interruptions are not taken lightly. Speaking out of turn, unless it is urgent, can result in a $100 punishment. It serves as a reminder that discipline and etiquette are paramount within the clubhouse.
