Buell is the Next Best Thing
Harley-Davidson remains the gold standard among Hells Angels—more than simply a motorcycle, it represents heritage, pride, and American grit. Most charters adhere strictly to this regulation, requiring members to ride nothing but a Harley. However, a few charters allow for some flexibility, as long as the alternative reflects the club’s principles. The essential word here is “American-made.” In those few circumstances, Buell Motorcycles is excused. Buell was founded in Wisconsin in 1983 and has established a respectable reputation. While it is not the first choice, for some charters, a Buell suffices when a Harley is unavailable.
