And if you believe it’s all about displaying your riding abilities, think again. Prospects are expected to put in the labor that no one else wants to undertake. Setting up meeting rooms, transporting equipment, and cleaning up after events are entirely your responsibility. It’s not glamorous, but it is vital. Because, in order to earn the vest, you must first demonstrate your willingness to gain respect.
