Nation is most likely the winner of the “Most Humorous Establishment Name” category, as it takes its name from temperance movement champion Carrie Nation, who fought the proliferation of alcoholic beverages even before Prohibition. Despite the irony, Nation serves some of the best beers and burgers in the country. Many Cincinnatians enjoy their special Nation Burger, which features a six-ounce patties and smoked cheddar cheese and is served with Memphis BBQ sauce, onion straws, and horseradish aioli.
