Given that New Mexico is known for its green chili cheeseburgers, you should expect to find some extremely tasty ones here. Typically, the chili peppers are diced and tossed on top of the patties. The previous owners of the once-famous Bobcat Bite have since opened this fantastic restaurant. “The burger itself has a steak-y heft,” adds Bill Addison of Eater.
